- Manufactured internally and externally in high quality austenitic stainless steel
- Injected polyurethane insulation of 70 mm in refrigeration and 100 mm in mixed models, with 40 kg/m3 density, 20% higher than the average used in the market, and providing a better performance, particularly in freezing, as well as a significant saving in consumption
- Ecological refrigerant R-452a
- Forced draught cooling with optimised air circulation
- Tropicalised unit. Prepared to work with an ambient temperature of 43ºC and 65% humidity
- Hermetic/scroll/semi hermetic compressor, with ventilated condenser
- Electronic and digital control of defrosting temperature
- Alarm to prevent prolonged door opening
- HACCP traceability system, with alarm log and temperature history
- Floors:
– CSK models: refrigeration cells without floor. They have a 2 mm thick stainless steel plate on the bottom
– CMK models: mixed cells. Floor with injected polyurethane insulation 100 mm thick - Touch control screen
