Our client had a newly constructed building in which they wished to place a restaurant kitchen that would be focusing of 7 different countries’ signature cuisines.
We had the privilege to introduce the client to our imported brand of Fagor Kitchen Equipment for this soon to be high-paced kitchen. This was a full back of house setup that the client required, and we had to take out all stops to make this dream become a reality for the owners.
Site inspections were conducted by the Lead Catering installation team cross border in Matola and a kitchen plan was designed around functionality and flow, ultimately working closely with our client to ensure budgets were maintained. A complete extractor system, cold room and walk-in freezer was installed.
Our installation team was pivotal in ensuring that this project was a success, providing our customer with the confidence of knowing that they will benefit from full technical and ongoing support from Lead Catering.
