Lead Catering was the preferred supplier of choice to ensure that the kitchen and bars lived up to the expectation when it came to fine dining. Again, working in conjunction with Executive Chef Andrew Atkinson, Lead designed the layout and installed our premium range of Fagor cooking equipment. Installing an extraction hood with fire suppression in this environment was key along with a fabricated wood burning grill, satellite walk-in cold rooms and dedicated dish washing area sets this kitchen apart. We also had the privilege of installing our Fagor undercounter dishwashers, ice machines and fridges inside of the carriage bar area on the bridge.
Kruger Shalati – The Train on the Bridge
A project running parallel to the Kruger Station development, The Train on the Bridge focuses on the 5-star International market. Situated in close proximity to Kruger Station, the Bridge House complex caters for discerning guests staying overnight in the luxurious train carriages strategically situated on the Selati Bridge suspended over the Sabie River.
