We had the pleasure of working in association with Executive chef Brandon Souris, appointed by owner Andre Potgieter to help bring their vision to life.
Lead Catering provided all drawings, equipment and services to Brandon’s specifications.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish the Gusto lounge a very successful future. We look forward to working with them in their new project the Gusto Deli /Bakery.
