“I had Matthew (technician) here today to replace my dishwasher’s pump. That he did extremely well and I logged a query with him about my machine not washing my glasses properly. This guy went to the extreme to help me sort the problem – not his work – after years of complaints to the chemical company. I really want you to give him a big applause – he is a very skilled, well mannered man.
Yesterday Joshua was here – just a nice guy and also did his best. From day one I phoned Marcelle – his service were really so great. Please thank them all from my side. You can be proud of the 3 guys. Much appreciated.”
